Abstract Submission

Online submission will open on the 1^st of January 2016 and close the 1^st of May 2016.

Only online submission is available.

To submit an abstract for an oral or a poster presentation, connect first to your personal Sciencesconf.org account by identifying yourself in the left-hand MY SPACE menu. If your are new to Sciencesconf.org, create an account and follow instructions.

Once connected, get to the Submissions page of the MY SPACE menu and follow instructions. Abstracts should be prepared using the following templates:

Rich Text Format (.rtf)
OpenDocument Text (.odt)
Microsoft Word (.doc)
Portable Document Format (.pdf)

Posters are automatically accepted upon submission of an abstract.

Those who applied for an oral presentation will be informed by mail if their abstract has been accepted by the scientific committee, by the beginning of May 2016.
